Maintenance & Avionics Maintenance Jet Aviation Basel performs the full range of maintenance activities including D-Checks; major modification and alteration of airframes; and upgrades of cockpit and cabin electronic systems. We do maintenance on all current models and the majority of out-of-production models of Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Our hangars can accommodate aircraft up to the size of a Boeing 747. Our technicians receive the best available training, followed by special type ratings by aircraft manufacturers or leading global training centers. Our maintenance engineers are in direct contact with all OEMs and work with them to develop and improve service bulletins. We also host OEM workshops in our hangars that are attended by MROs from around the world. The good reputation we have among OEMs even leads to special authorizations. Jet Aviation Basel is rated as a jet aircraft repair station by the FAA #QV1Y440K and the EASA #CH.145.0232 part 145 and has numerous other national approvals. With this expertise, we can obtain any missing national approvals that are necessary to service a client’s aircraft. |
